Abstract
Mobbing chápeme ako jednu z foriem násilia vyskytujúcich sa v školskom prostredí. Ide o násilie realizované medzi učiteľmi – teda pracovníkmi v rovnocennom postavení. V príspevku budeme charakterizovať pojem „mobbing“, ako aj ďalšie pojmy, ktoré s násilím na pracovisku súvisia. Príspevok je zameraný na výsledky výskumu realizovaného v rámci projektu VEGA 1/3694/06, ktorým zisťujeme reálny stav výskytu násilia medzi učiteľmi.
We understand mobbing as one of the forms of violence occurring at schools. It is violence among teachers – i.e. workers in equal positions. Our paper defines the term ‘mobbing’, as well as other terms related to violence in the workplace. The paper focuses on the results of research carried out within the VEGA 1/3694/06 project, which explores the real situation of the occurrence of violence among teachers.
