Studia Germanistica was launched as a peer-reviewed journal in 2008 and has been issued biannually since 2009. From the very beginning, all papers submitted to Studia Germanistica have undergone a process of standard independent double-blind peer review. The members of the editorial board are all renowned scholars of German language, literature and culture based at universities in the Czech Republic and abroad.
